Aircraft Share Price
The Share price is what you pay to become a part owner of the aircraft. Your name will be added to the aircraft registration. You are legally able to hire an instructor to train you on your own aircraft. You can sell your share to another person at any time.
Wet Rate
The "Wet Rate" is the cost per hour of operating the aircraft with aviation fuel supplied by the flying club based in Whitecourt. This rate also places funds into a reserve account dedicated for future repairs and routine maintenance to avoid any surprise expenses from grounding the aircraft until funds can be raised.
Dry Rate
The "Dry Rate" is the cost per hour of operating the aircraft with aviation fuel supplied by you, the pilot. This will happen when you fly to distant locations and need to refuel at any other location other than the Whitecourt Flying Club's fuel supply.

This rate also places funds into a reserve account dedicated for future repairs and routine maintenance to avoid any surprise expenses from grounding the aircraft until funds can be raised.
Monthly Fee
The "Monthly Fee" covers fixed expenses such as hull insurance, parking, engine preheater power...
Shares Offered
The "Shares Offered" is the amount of shares available to own. Each pilot or student must own his own individual share. single shares can not be split between pilots. Only the owner named on the registration and insurance can be the pilot in control of the aircraft.
Shares Currently Available
The "Shares Currently Available" is the available shares to anyone wanting to become an aircraft owner. If the shares available are at 0 for an extend period of time, the flying club will purchase another aircraft to offer more availability.
